Whatever the project, be that a refurbishment or new build, Kevin and David have over 80 years construction experience between them to help guide you through the build process, combining to produce a prevailing reputation for a modern company, with a long lasting history.
Kevin Paradise, Director
A former stone mason by trade, Kevin has over 40 years experience in the construction industry. Having worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from small extensions to larger million pound projects, including barn conversions, and town house restorations. Kevin has a very particular eye for detail, driven by retaining both period features and charm to existing properties, whilst adding a modern take on Bath’s historic gems.
David Swift, Director
A carpenter and joiner by trade, David has over 40 years experience in the construction industry. Playing a more hands on role, David ensures work is carried out to the highest possible level, regardless of the size or stature of the job. With a keen interest of carpentry David prides himself on quality craftsmanship.
Declan Paradise, Quantity Surveyor
Declan joined the business in 2017 after 5 years with Galliford Try as a Quantity Surveyor, working on a diverse range of projects across the South West. Prior to that he worked for 4 years at an Architects Practice in Bristol. He holds a first class degree in Quantity Surveying and is responsible for the surveying across all of our projects.
Daniel Swift, Site Manager
Daniel joined the business straight from school to complete a 3 year carpentry and joinery apprenticeship. After more than 15 years of site experience Daniel has taken the role of Site Manager on many of our larger renovation projects.
